By accessing or using Transfile.us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our peer-to-peer file transfer service.

Nature of Service

Transfile is a decentralized P2P tool. We do not store, host, or cache any files. Our servers only facilitate the initial connection between users. Once a connection is established, data flows directly between browsers.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to use Transfile for:

• Sharing copyrighted material without legal authorization.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Any activity that violates local or international laws.
• Interfering with the signaling server’s integrity.

Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access to our signaling infrastructure at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Transfile and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or for the content transferred through the platform.
